Messe Frankfurt has introduced an Annual Registration for all contractors working at Messe Frankfurt exhibitions.
The contractor registration is part of Messe Frankfurt effort to streamline the contractor management process, enhance the quality of services offered to our clients and to ensure that all contractors working in Messe Frankfurt events meet the standard safety and compliance.egistration and payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your Unique Registration Number.
What does that mean?
All contractors will be required to register on the Messe Frankfurt Registration Page in order to provide services to exhibitors at Messe Frankfurt shows. Only registered contractors will have access to order services for Messe Frankfurt shows, including mains/electricity & rigging, including stand approval.
Contractors that have completed the accreditation will be listed to the Accredited Contractor’s Page in the Exhibitor Manual. This list will also be shared with our Official Service Partner (DXB Live) and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

What documents will be required?
Please refer to the following list of requirements and guidelines to process your annual contractor accreditation.
- Electronic copy of valid Trade License (UAE contractors only)
- Electronic copy of Contractors All Risk Insurance with Public Liability coverage
- Agree to Messe Frankfurt terms and conditions
- Agree to DWTC venue terms and conditions
Once the registration and payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your Unique Registration Number.

Is there a registration fee?
Yes, the registration fee is AED4,407 (US$1,200) + VAT
Is it a one-off fee, regardless of how many stands my company is building?
Yes, this is a one-off registration fee.
If I have appointed a subcontractor working on my stand, will they need to also pay, or will they be covered by my Registration Fee?
Subcontractor is required to show proof of subcontracting agreement with the main contractor for them to be exempt from registration requirements. This includes AV supplier, secondary riggings provider, florals and IT equipment provider.
Will Messe Frankfurt Middle East GmbH promote my company as contractor?
The contractors that completed the registrations process will be listed on the accredited contractor page in the manual but will not be promoted as recommended contractors.
What are the benefits of being an accredited contractor?
Increased visibility: You will be listed on the Accredited Contractors List which is published in the exhibitor zone of the event online manual.
What will happen if the contractor is not registered?
Unregistered contractors will not be granted access to the online portal to order primary services such as mains, riggings, water and waste, Internet, etc. Additionally, the stand design submitted for review and approval will not be processed for an unregistered contractor.
