Here are the steps of the registration process:
· Fill in all mandatory fields in the registration portal form.
· Tick the box on the General Terms and Conditions of both Messe Frankfurt Middle East and Dubai World Trade Centre as form of acknowledgement.
· Upload the required valid documents in pdf format, including
o Valid Trade License
o VAT Certificate
o Valid Third-party liability insurance (valid for a year)
· Proceed to the payment page and pay the necessary fee to complete the registration.
Upon successful payment processing, you will receive an email confirmation to the registered email address along with the Tax Invoice and MFME stand design guidelines.
The Annual Contractors Registration Fee is USD 1,200 plus VAT. (non-refundable)
Annual Contractor registration is valid for the entire MFME show cycle – from June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025.
