The build-up schedule has been designed to ensure safety and smooth operations during the event. Space Only Exhibitors will not have access on Saturday, 06 December, or Sunday, 07 December using only their Exhibitor Badge; entry is allowed only with an Access Pass for local exhibitors and International pass for International Exhibitors (non-local) and required PPE. On Monday, 08 December, morning access until 04:00 PM also requires an Access Pass for local exhibitors and International pass for International Exhibitors (non-local) and required PPE. From 04:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Space Only Exhibitors may enter the halls using their Exhibitor Badge, subject to DWTC Health & Safety approval and with the required PPE.
Space Only Contractors may access the halls from 08:00 AM onwards on Saturday, have 24-hour access on Sunday, and may remain until 04:00 PM on Monday.
Shell Scheme Exhibitors follow the same access rules as Space Only Exhibitors: no access on Saturday or Sunday using only the Exhibitor Badge (Access Pass for local exhibitors and International pass for International Exhibitors (non-local)and required PPE are needed), morning access on Monday until 04:00 PM requires an Access Pass for local exhibitors and International pass for International Exhibitors (non-local) and required PPE, and evening access from 04:00 PM to 10:00 PM is allowed with the Exhibitor Badge and required PPE, subject to DWTC HSE approval.
All exhibitors and contractors must follow strict access instructions. On Build-Up Day 1 (Saturday, 06 December) and Build-Up Day 2 (Sunday, 07 December), access is available for 24 hours. Local exhibitors must wear safety shoes, a high-visibility vest (required PPE), and carry an Access Pass for local exhibitors and International pass for International Exhibitors (non-local), which can be obtained online via the Contractor+ Portal or onsite by presenting an Emirates ID and paying the applicable fee. International exhibitors must secure their Access Pass and required PPE in advance via the Contractor+ Portal. These items are MANDATORY for all participants.
On Build-Up Day 3 (Monday, 08 December), morning access from 00:01 to 16:00 follows the same requirements: local exhibitors can obtain their Access Pass onsite and must have the required PPE, while international exhibitors must secure theirs in advance. In the evening, from 16:01 to 22:00, access to the halls is subject to DWTC Health & Safety approval. Entry is only permitted for those wearing closed shoes, a high-visibility vest, and an Exhibitor Badge, once the venue confirms the halls are safe to access with these items.
Important Notes:
- Wearing safety shoes, a high-visibility vest, and carrying the Access Pass, International Pass or Exhibitor Badge is mandatory throughout the build-up period.
- Local exhibitors can obtain access passes onsite; international exhibitors must secure their international pass in advance via the Contractor+ Portal.
- Evening access on Monday, 08 December, is conditional upon DWTC HSE approval to ensure the safety of all participants.
