We wish to inform you of the updated policy on Late Night Works during the build-up period and show days. Please read the details below carefully, as compliance will be strictly enforced.
Build-Up Schedule
- 1st Day of Build-Up: 08:00 – 00:00 (16 hours)
- 2nd Day of Build-Up: 00:01 – 00:00 (24 hours)
- 3rd Day of Build-Up: 00:01 – 22:00 (22 hours). From 22:01 onwards, late-night work fees will apply
Late Night Work (Build-Up)
- Effective From: The final day (3rd day) of build-up.
- Permitted Hours: 10:00 PM – 3:00 AM, subject to the venue’s mandatory security sweep schedule.
Charges & Payment
- Rate: AED 1,000 per hour.
- Payment Method: Online payment via QR code, available at the Organizers’ Office.
Late Night Works During Show Days
- The same charges will apply to contractors requiring after-hours maintenance following the 1st and 2nd show days.
- Payments must be made through the same QR code system at the Organizers’ Office.
Compliance & Penalties
- On the last day of build-up, any contractor working beyond 10:00 PM without a valid Late Night Work Permit will incur penalties.
- The penalty will amount to 25% of the Performance Bond Cheque, equivalent to AED 5,000 from each AED 20,000 performance bond cheque (per stand).
We strongly encourage all contractors to adhere to this policy to avoid penalties and ensure safe, efficient, and well-coordinated operations.
