Fun, fitness, excitement, a lot of sweat and some tears. Thankfully no blood, but certainly some bruises! The Messe Fitness Challenge kicked off with an opening sports & fitness day at United Pro Sports, before colleagues released their innerfight, and competed across a number of internal sports comps (all in good spirits of course).
Cue table tennis, Yoga, Zumba, chess, football, cricket, darts, and not to mention Dubai’s famous corporate 30x30 fitness challenge, where the MFME team finished ahead of hundreds of other companies. Congrats to our MFME sports champions. 🏅
