Messe Frankfurt Middle East is giving away a 2x business class ticket giveaway with a 3 night luxury hotel stay and dinner on the world’s highest restaurant at the Burj Khalifa
Rules and Terms and Condition:
- The winner is responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents and for complying with all travel regulations and restrictions.
- The competition organizer is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the winner related to obtaining travel documents or complying with travel restrictions.
- By participating in the competition, entrants agree to allow Messe Frankfurt Middle East to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the competition and future marketing efforts.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
- The competition organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time for any reason without prior notice.
Shortlist and Winner Announcement:
- The competition organizer will randomly select a predetermined number of entrants from those who have responded to the LinkedIn post during the specified entry period.
- The selected entrants will be notified via email or LinkedIn message that they have been shortlisted for the next stage of the competition.
- Shortlisted entrants must confirm their availability for a scheduled phone call within a specified timeframe, typically within 24-48 hours of receiving the notification.
- Entrants who fail to confirm their availability within the specified timeframe will forfeit their opportunity to participate in the next stage of the competition.
- Shortlisted entrants maybe required to provide proof of eligibility, such as a valid ID or proof of employment in the event industry.
- Failure to provide valid proof of eligibility may result in disqualification.
- The shortlist will be announced publicly on Messe Frankfurt's Middle East LinkedIn page on the 25th of March
- The winner will be announced live on the 28th of March live at the Exhibition News Awards. The competition organizer will attempt to call a shortlisted entrant.
- In order to win the entrant must to answer with “I want to go to Dubai!” otherwise the competition organizer will progress to the next shortlisted entrant. If a shortlisted entrant cannot be reached after a reasonable number of attempts, they will forfeit their opportunity to claim the prize.
- The competition organizer will then attempt to call a another shortlisted entrant until a successful winner has been selected.
Eligibility:
- Users who follow Messe Frankfurt Middle East’s LinkedIn page and comment on the “Giveaway” post with “I want to go to Dubai”.
- Participants must be able to travel to Dubai on the specified dates:
- 28 Oct – 4 Nov, 2024
- 12 - 19 November, 2024
- 10 – 17 December, 2024
- If the winner is unable to travel on the specified dates, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
- Entrants must be above 18 years old and directly involved in the MICE industry
- Entrants must be available to travel from an airport that Emirates airlines operates in.
- Shortlisted entrants may be asked to submit a scanned copy of a government-issued identification document (such as a driver's license or passport) via email or through a secure online form.
- The competition organizer will review the submitted documentation to ensure that the shortlisted entrants meet all eligibility requirements specified in the competition rules.
- If any discrepancies or issues are identified during the verification process, the competition organizer reserves the right to disqualify the affected entrants and select alternate shortlisted entrants.
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Messe Frankfurt as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
- The Effective Entry Deadline is 11:59 PM (GST) on 24th of March 2024. All submissions received after this time will not be considered for judging.
